Making mistakes is common among us. We all keep on committing mistakes but only a few of us have the courage to admit their wrongs and learn something positive from it. A mistake is acceptable, only if we are ready to learn from it and promise not to repeat them in the future.
Sorry for the mistakes Ms. Hsieh had made in the past, I learned a lot of my own mistakes through the remote learning. However, I truly appreciate the feedback from you and your families.
